Mr. Filter is a 2010 graduate of the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, with a focus in corporate and environmental law. His law firm, Filter Law, LLC specializes in real estate transactions, real estate development, small business and startup law and cannabis and hemp licensing and compliance.

Mr. Filter’s consulting firm, Colorado Sustainability Consultants, LLC, has been lead drafter and project leader on multiple winning RFPs in several states. Related to his consulting work, he has founded businesses in seven states, spoken at numerous conferences and has co-authored scientific research papers with nationally recognized research institutions.

When not working Conor spends his time outside in Summit County hiking, biking, floating and skiing with his wife and two kids.
